Shipping policy

We dispatch shipments from Monday through Thursday, and all shipments are insured for their full value. To ensure the safe and efficient delivery of parcels, our courier service requires an adult signature upon receipt.

The cutoff time for order processing is 12PM PST. Orders received prior to this cutoff time will be processed on the same business day, while orders received after the cutoff time will be processed on the following business day.

For shipments within the United States, the following expedited delivery options are available:

• Express: Overnight delivery 
  

For international orders, the following delivery option is offered:

• Express: Delivery within 1-5 business days (Subject to potential delays due to customs clearance). Customers are responsible for any duties, tariffs, and customs fees imposed by the destination country or region.

The shipping costs will be displayed at the time of checkout.
